Don't miss this unique experience to swim with sea turtles and a fun paddle over clear, blue waters. Small groups of six per guide will kayak to a beautiful beach and snorkel in a calm, protected bay. This 4-hour guided tour includes lunch, a snack, bottled water and all needed gear and instruction.

Transportation is from Emerald Beach Resort.

A minimum of 2 guests is required per booking.

Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Minimum age is 5 years. All participants must know how to swim, be able to walk on uneven surfaces and be able to climb into an off road vehicle. Children ages 9 and under must kayak with an adult.

Maximum participant weight for an individual is 225 pounds. Maximum weight for for tandem (double kayak) is 425 pounds (total for both participants).

At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time and cell phone number

Not recommended for participants with back/shoulder/wrist problems, heart complaints or other serious medical conditions

Please note that 20% gratuity is due on the day of the tour in cash for groups of 5 or more

Bring cash if you want to purchase a photo package (above and underwater $40). Bookings of 5 or more may have two guides ($40 per guide).

What To Expect

Experience an exciting paddle to a beautiful beach and enjoy snorkeling with sea turtles! You are GUARANTEED to see turtles on this tour! Snorkeling is guided with groups of 6 or less per guide. This is a small group tour, includes lunch, bottled water and beverages. Vegetarian and gluten free options are available by advance request. Your 4 hour guided tour will start with a kayak lesson on the beach. First time kayakers and snorkelers welcome! Your guide will lead you to swim and view sea turtles in their natural habitat. Guests always see multiple turtles on every tour. Photo packages available for $40 (cash).

Our tour guide Conner was amazing. He spent time explaining some interesting facts about the flora and fauna on the island. The snorkel spot was fantastic and we saw turtles, tons of fish, stingrays, starfish and jellyfish. Kayaking can be a little challenging depending on the waves but Conner stayed right with us and was fine to let us set our pace. Would highly recommend.

We had the time of our lives with tour guide, Conner! He was knowledgeable on the area, the animals, and the island. He took us out to see the turtles and fish while exploring the reef and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Would 100% recommend this company and Conner if you plan on visiting St Thomas!

Did the 2 hour turtle snorkeling tour and had Conner as our tour guide and he was absolutely fantastic! He had so much knowledge about the ocean life and was so much fun to be with. My sisters and I said we’ll definitely come back and to ask for conner to be our tour guide because we just had such a fantastic time. I love that they work with smaller groups, we felt like we got to experience so much more that way!
You need this trip. Ask for Connor!!!

My husband and I went with tour guide Connor and we were impressed!!! He was on time, brought sandwiches from a local shop (the bread is incredible) and provided us with tons of water. On to the trip, we rode up to the first spot and saw tons of sea turtles and other incredible wildlife. Connor was a wealth of knowledge. He even grabbed a giant conch for us to see and hold! 10/10 recommend that you request Connor as you guide. He even pulled over and picked tamarind for us to try! We’ve done several excursions since we got here and definitely had the highlight of our time in st Thomas during this one!!!

Our tour guide, Conner, was extremely helpful, friendly, and experienced in our snorkeling adventure. He took us to a secluded beach that was streaming with marine life. Conner taught us about the fish we were seeing, the coral reef, and various see life we were swimming with. We saw a lot of sea turtles (more than I expected). Our photo package was so worth the money and we will keep these visual memories forever.

Best tour on our Caribbean vacation. Conner was excellent, knowledgeable and fun . Saw lots of fish and turtles. Enjoyed the whole day , nice that is was just us , no large crowds allowed a personalized experienced. Would definitely recommend!

We had great expectations when booking this trip, but we had no idea that our expectations would be exceeded to such a great extent. Conner was such a joy to work with. He was very informative & went the extra mile to make sure that our day was spent learning about the island, being knowledgeable regarding sea creatures, and ensuring that we felt comfortable and safe the entire day. We have amazing pictures and videos to commemorate our experience. By the end of the excursion, it felt like we had been with family. We give Conner two thumbs up, a five star rating, and look forward to the next time we’re in St. Thomas. We will specifically ask for him!

March 15, our family from Cincinnati met Sven at the Emerald Beach Resort parking lot. We got in the back of his jeep which is an off road vehicle for the rocky dirt roads of the island. He took us to a fairly secluded beach ( No cruise ship people here). We snorkeled about 1 hour. Sven was very knowledgeable. He pointed out turtles, Sting Ray, squid, and many types of fish. He took pictures under water of us with turtles, and will email to us this week. There were some riptides that day at the place we were to kayak. So we didn’t go there to kayak. We could have stayed at the same beach and kayaked, but mom here got motion sickness while snorkeling. So we opted to stay out of the water at this point. We laid at the beach a bit then asked Sven to drive us around for views of the island instead of Kayaking. He was all for that. He knew all the good spots for pictures. Views were amazing. It was just my husband, myself and our 21 and 17 yr old. We would recommend you tour with Sven, If you don’t want to be with big crowds of people amd want a more personal touch to your day sign in with this tour company. We booked directly thru them, no third parties. They have bottled water, 1 premade sandwiches and 1 cookie for each person. Wear your suits with cover up. Bring towels, flip flops, sunscreen and sunglasses. Don’t forget tip money.
