What To Expect
During this 2-hour stand-up paddle boarding adventure, guests explore the coastline of Mount Maunganui with local Māori instructors. The session begins on land with equipment setup, safety guidance, and paddling technique before moving onto the water. Guests paddle along the coast to a nearby beach, practicing balance, paddling, and board control along the way. 5.00I had a great 2 hours with Ange. She gave me a lesson before we left and even though I own a paddleboard and have done it I learned quite a bit. We had a great chat as we paddled across the bay and I learned a great deal about the Maori history on Mt. Maunganui and some of their past and present cultural practices during our snack stop. Overall I enjoyed the experience a great deal.Paddle
