Stand-up paddle boarding (SUP) is a great way of enjoying being on the ocean and also staying in great shape whilst having a lot of fun alone or with your friends and family. Our aim is to provide you with a safe and fun learning experience while you see Cascais from the ocean perspective.

We loved the class with Miguel! We are a big family but still we can go almost all on the same board! Miguel and all the staff were tireless and made our experience unforgettable! We went sailing to the bay of Cascais and the trip is breathtaking! We will definitely repeat!

This was hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had in Portugal! The stand-up paddle class was not only fun, but also incredibly well-organised and beginner-friendly. Our instructor was super patient, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humour, which made the whole session really enjoyable from start to finish. The location in Cascais is just stunning! Crystal-clear waters, beautiful coastline views, and a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax and enjoy the moment. I was a bit nervous at first, but the guidance was excellent and I felt confident on the board in no time. Whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience, I can’t recommend this class enough. It’s a perfect way to connect with nature, get some exercise, and have loads of fun. I’ll definitely be back!

It was an incredible trip we were very relaxed we went to take some jumps from the tip of cascais and I liked it a lot, my mom was afraid but in the end loved it!

I was with my friend on the side of the stand and we found it fun and we wanted to walk, The staff guided us very well about the most twisted points q there here and also the dangers, the trip was peaceful and fun! And we want to repeat again!!!
