  The staff were friendly and informative. We enjoyed seeing the starfish and stingrays but were disappointed that we weren’t allowed the time to take our own pictures with the stingrays. They were taken by a staff member and we were then told it would be $60.00 to receive them. We weren’t allowed to just buy one or two but had to take the package of pictures. We wouldn’t do this tour again.

  Dean, Fredrick and Kevin are the guides you want for these spots. They know the ropes and shifted our snorkeling first to give us a great opportunity to see coral gardens with the least amount of crowd. Great crew, great experience.

  Awesome experience with the stingrays! Our guide Dean Martin was the best! He was very good at his job and kind to all on board. We did the 9am trip which was great and the whole boat to ourselves with two other groups. Check the wind and weather forecast and plan ahead for the best experience! Thanks again to the team

  We had a 9am departure time and so we arrived minutes before that and joined the line. By the time the check in ended we were told the boat left. I contacted them and arrangements were made for us to go on another boat. We had a great experience and we would do it again.

  This was my family’s third time in the past three years taking a trip like this to stingray city and for snorkeling. Private tour one time, large tour operator the second time, and now tried Frank’s Water Sports through Viator for something different. The family all agreed that the experience with Frank’s was the best! It’s five of us (w/three early teens), and this year we had two more (grandparents) for 7 total. Our crew of Dean and Frederick were so nice and fun… just made it really comfortable for everybody to have a great time and relax. The boat was nice and spacious with plenty of seating options, including shade if you needed it. We lucked out with it not being crowded at all, but even if there were more people, I’m sure the experience would have been just as good. Full confidence in Dean and Frederick—can’t say enough good things about them.
