Stingray City
Get ready for an exciting, unique adventure as you swim among the stingrays -- some of the most docile sea creatures in the world! Featured in National Geographic Magazine, Stingray City is the Cayman Islands’ most popular site. Here, 30 to 40 gentle Southern Atlantic stingrays swim freely in 3 to 5 feet of crystal-clear, current-free waters, waiting to see what you've brought them for lunch. It was created by accident in the mid-80s when fishermen returning to port anchored in the calm waters of the Sound to clean their catch and discard bait overboard. The stingrays, drawn by the smell of the fish, quickly became accustomed to the “free meal” and stayed. Today, the rays regularly dine on squid provided by divers and snorkelers. Native Way instructors will show you how to interact with these incredible animals in the only place in the world where you can do so in the wild.
Starfish Point
Star Fish Point At this location, you will delight in the hunt to seek out beautiful Caribbean starfish. Easily located at this site, the magic begins once the guest finds a starfish. The beauty and color of these incredible creatures give you a vibe mixed with awe, peacefulness, and happiness. This location is approximately 3 feet deep and suitable for individuals of all ages.

Take a beautiful boat ride out of the local marina to three locations where you can snorkel, swim with sting rays & pick up Starfish. The guides are very friendly and super knowledgeable. They will help you with everything!

What a day!!! From beginning to end, this excursion went off without a hitch! Sharon could not have been BETTER with her communication via Viator. We found them easily at the Grand Cayman port and the tour started right on time. We were driven in a small group van to the pier where we met our boat captain and first mate - they were a joy! So full of life and fun for the whole group. The boat was clean, they were helpful at every turn, interacted with all the kids and just made sure everyone was having a great time. There was plenty of time at each stop (snorkeling, sting rays, and starfish). We will DEFINITELY book this tour again if ever in Grand Cayman!

All 3 activities were fun, and well worth the price. Shuttle to/from was a little hectic, but I think that happens sometimes.

We enjoyed the trip and had good captains who were entertaining. The water was beautiful and we saw cool things. The company was flexible as we rescheduled due to weather. However the listing stated there would not be more than 30 people and there were at least 50. This made the logistics at some of the stops (getting snorkeling gear and into the water) more chaotic and felt rushed. We booked this specifically for the smaller size and were disappointed that was not the case.

We enjoyed our excursion overall, especially interacting with sting rays at the sandbar. Be aware that rough waters can make the experience more physically demanding.

The Crew members were great, however I thought it would have been a few people but it was completely packed and either side seating on the boat you would get wet by the waves.
