1.00First of all scamming people is literally insane!!! I had a 1pm booking today for this excursion with pickup included from my resort, I got to the lobby from 12:50 and was waiting. The front desk lady asked me at 1:05 where am I heading so told her the name of the excursion and showed it to her, the number on my booking confirmation was short a number, I texted the driver via Viator 3 times and no response. I called Viator and informed them of this, they were able to find the number they tried calling them NO ANSWER! It’s now 1:40 at this point, I provided the number that the Viator agent gave me to the front desk lady she called 3 times NO ANSWER!!!! I’ve never had this happen to me using Viator and I’m extremely disappointed and DO NOT RECOMMEND this excursion because they’ll literally leave you hanging with no communication whatsoever!!!!!!
