What To Expect
Prague
Our local guide will pick you up at your hotel in Prague in the morning. From that point, our mission is to give you everything you need to enjoy the day trip (10 - 12 hrs) to the fullest. During the drive to Northern Bohemia in our comfortable air-conditioned minivan with WIFI (2 hrs), we will provide you with knowledge about the National Park, Czech country, and information about the trip.
Tisa
Chronicles of Narnia - Tisa Rocks. If you've seen the movie, you might recall the moment Lucy opened the wardrobe and stepped into a magical winter wonderland. That enchanting forest? It's in Tisa. While hiking around this sandstone labyrinth, you might just feel as if you're sharing the same view as Lucy and the faun. Long before the Chronicles of Narnia was filmed here, the entire area was already deemed magical. The Tisa Walls are among the most popular destinations in the National Park of Bohemian Switzerland. Immerse yourself in the tales and legends of these natural wonders, wandering pathways sculpted by nature herself. This tour is considered an Easy hiking tour with a total hiking of around 3 km. 5.00This tour was amazing and I highly recommend it. We were blown away by the scenery and stunning natural rock formations. It was truly breathtaking. Our guide, Warren, was knowledgeable and engaging and fun to talk to. We learned so much about the area and the Czech Republic in general. It is a pretty long day, including one hike of about 8k, but it was well worth it and actually felt great to stretch our legs. The lunch was right after the hike and tasted delicious. This was one of the highlights of a long trip to Europe.

5.00Of course you could plan this tour yourself… but don’t… Leave the driving and logistics to Bohemia Adventures so you can enjoy yourself and not have to drive back to Prague tired!. Great, but long day with Mirek! Full van with 8 people, plus driver! My sister is 73 and not as fast as the others and he was very patient with us. She did not hike the Bastei Bridge on the last stop. The Pravcicka Gate … largest sandstone arch in Europe, was a 5 mile round trip hike walking on stairs, stones, sand and more. View at the top was worth the hike. Lunch was a welcome break (get the flavor of the day lemonade) The Wild Gorge was a ton of steps up and down, but the boat ride was beautiful. Bastei Bridge was more steps, but shorter and stunning views even if you didn’t do all the steps! (Pro tip…if you like to see where you’re going, sit in the front! In all about a 12 hour day for our group. The tour is well done! Mirek was a safe driver, answered a ton of questions and gave us interesting information. We had snacks and water throughout the day and several bathroom breaks. I would highly recommend as long as you are reasonably fit!

5.00I was originally booked on the tour with the boat, but was changed due to the Tisa rocks one due to not enough people wanting to do the boat tour. It rained on the day and I thought this might spoil the day, but actually there were benefits to it - the rain kept the crowds away and the fog around the hills and mist rising from the trees was very atmospheric. Jules our guide was friendly.

5.00We booked our trip with Bohemia Adventures company. The trip was lovely, dynamic and easy going at the same time. Our guide was Mirek, who was absolutely wonderful. He gave us lots of information about specifics of the trip, history of the places we visited, help us to cope with some challenges of the hike itself. Mirek was cheerful, caring, supportive all the way to the end. My family enjoyed our day in Bohemian Switzerland tremendously. We would like to thank Mirek and the Bohemian Adventures for the joy we experienced. Brandenburger's family. Alaska, USA.

5.00We were a group of 5 with Bohemia Adventures in May 2026. Our tour guide Ondrej was exceptional and beyond any guide I have seen. He ensured everyones safety, walked with last person in hike, explained history and made sure we did all the places before crowd gets in. Food in restaurant was great and all 3.places were stunning and Ondrej offered and took pictures for everyone. I appologize for not giving a tip as i didnt bring enough cash.....this trip may be slightly expensive, but worth it as Hiking with a guide cannot be cheaper than this.

5.00My day with Bohemian Adventures was great beginning with being picked up where I am staying right on time. Marco and Ondrej were very clear in what we would be doing, giving us background and history and being attentive to our needs. It was great getting out of the city and seeing another part of Czechia (and Germany). Overall, a terrific tour.
