After booking is completed, a URL link containing your voucher will be sent to your registered email address. Please present the QR code on your phone or other devices at the restaurant.

Reissuance of vouchers on-site is not available in cases of forgotten or lost vouchers. Failure to present the designated voucher, resulting in the service not being provided, will not be eligible for a refund.

Opening hours for all other holidays follow Q-Square’s regular schedule.
