This was an amazing and fun experience. The entire crew and captain on this ship were so wonderful, attentive, friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable. Really cool experience getting to help (if you want) getting the sails up, steering, along with just taking in the amazing views and having some yummy drinks. Highly recommend, good for all ages!

The crew was professional and friendly. They were ready to answer questions. You had the opportunity to help with putting the sails up. When the rain started and most people moved into the pilot house. Many of the crew started singing sea shanties - it was super neat. When it wasn’t raining, the views were fantastic. It was awesome to really sail out on the sea. Plenty of places to sit or move around.

Sunset sail on the Denis Sullivan is one of my favorite things to do on St, Croix. The views are spectacular; the experience, breathtaking. Two hours of sheer bliss on the ocean with a loving, dedicated and passionate crew. World Ocean School provides St. Croix’s children with $500,000 of free educational programming each year. The experience changes their lives. Each sail you take supports their mission. Don’t miss it!

Wonderful experience aboard a wooden topsail schooner built in Milwaukee, WI. Staffed by amazing crew of young adults from across the country. You won’t be disappointed in the sail or the interaction with some amazing young adults who will inspire you and give you confidence in the country’s future. You can participate in raising the sails and learning what it takes to sail a large boat, or you can just hang out and enjoy the sail. Great opportunity to learn about boats and this amazing program. Beverages available for purchase. Lasts about 2 hours. No cheesy tourist sales pitch just good fun
