This tour departs strictly on time. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows under any circumstances, including prior notification. Please allow plenty of time for travel to the meeting point.
No takeout available. For food safety, all sushi and lunch boxes must be consumed on-site and cannot be taken to go.

Services not listed (For example : Extra food and drinks, Hotel pickup and drop-off, Transportation to/from attractions) are not included in the tour.

We are located on the "3rd floor" of the building that Sushi restaurant "Sushizanmai Bekkan" (Annex). Directions: To the right side of the building, you will find a narrow pathway leading to the elevator. Please take the elevator up to the 3rd floor.

Please make sure you are at the "Bekkan" building! * This tour is completely independent and not affiliated with the Sushizanmai restaurant. Please do not ask the restaurant staff for directions or questions regarding this tour.

5.00We had an awesome experience! The staffs had a very homely atmosphere and taught how to make sushi step by step, so we were able to make it very well. The sushi ingredients were very fresh and delicious. I was surprised that the tuna was especially delicious, and the pickled radish was unexpectedly delicious. We learned a lot about Tsukiji, sushi and wonderful Japanese culture. Highly recommended, it was Very good!

We learned to press tuna, salmon, and even vegetable sushi, then packed them into a beautiful bento box to enjoy on the spot. Taro’s stories about the market’s history made the meal taste even better. It’s a great way to support the local Tsukiji community while having a blast. I’ll definitely be back!
