I was visiting Suzhou with several work colleagues that arrived before me. I had booked this with one of them and she had done another tour the day before. Lulu did a great job of helping us choose places to visit she hadn’t seen yet, helping us stay cool in the heat, avoiding crowds, helping us shop and enjoy a wonderful day in Suzhou. We learned so much in a way that was very enjoyable. This was an excellent experience and highly recommended.

This was an excellent tour. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history of the area. It was very interesting. The guide customized the trip based on our interest and the time we had. For example, she brought us to a more child friendly garden where our daughter could climb rocks and have a bit of fun.

Well organised before leaving, nothing seemed to be a hassle to Sunny. Lulu our guide was waiting in Suzhou and immediately made suggestions and scheduling. Zhouzhuang is amazing and Lulu an expert at explaining stories and history. Our driver always around as needed. Fantastic day spent.

We just booked one day before for this tour. But we are being handled well with Sunny. Sunny contacted us and said that Lulu would guide us. Overall, the experience was terrific, and Lulu was a great tour guide, experienced and helpful. I will recommend it to friends. Thanks Sunny and Lulu.

Our guide Sunny is knowledgeable and experienced to explain the culture and tradition of Suzhou and Zhou Zhuang. She took time and patiently waiting when we browsed the shops and while we made purchases. I recommend highly Sunny service and hope to join her other tours in the future.

Great sites to see, and a very attentive guide. A bit of pressure to buy things, but I'm a pushover on that type of thing.

Sunny was great - informative, friendly, flexible. She made us comfortable, shared a lot about all the places we visited, had lunch with us, etc. We booked this only the afternoon before, but Sunny was responsive in negotiating a place to meet, and on the start time. We also appreciated the flexibility at the end of the day, where she adjusted the itinerary so we would have less travel time back to our hotel. We are happy we did this! (2 adults and older teen)

I have an amazing day with Sunny as my guide! I started with the Master of the Nets Garden in Suzhou, a more tranquil experience compare to some of the other gardens. It was just perfect! Next stop was the silk factory where I got to see the whole process of producing silk. We stopped for lunch where I tried some Suzhou specials! And finished my day with a boat ride in Zhouzhaung - simply magical! Sunny is so knowledgeable and an absolute blast. She made my day meaningful and FUN. Thanks again, Sunny!!
