Our most popular snowmobile tour starts at the trailhead in beautiful Hope Valley, at 7,200 feet. Guests will receive a brief orientation, safety talk, and driving instructions before driving themselves while following their guide. The trail quickly climbs into the backcountry, offering stunning views of the Sierra Crest at nearly 10,000 feet. As the trail crosses Charity Valley below Markleeville Peak, guests can see historic cabins built by early settlers. The trail then follows the rim of Charity Canyon and climbs to 8,300 feet before leveling out. With many miles of groomed trails in the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest, every tour offers tremendous scenic opportunities.

I planned a trip for my boyfriend’s birthday and 2 years sober. He’s a two wheels guy but had an absolute blast on the snowmobile! Our guide Brad was probably the best guide we could have ever had!! 10/10 highly recommended if your visiting Tahoe in the winter! Great views, fantastic people! All around wonderful time. Thank you!

What an amazing time. The snowmobiles were fun and guides were great, stopping at couple scenic points for pics. We were contemplating skiing but did the snowmobiles instead because everyone in our party could do it - and lots of fun!!

This was a great experience. We got picked up from the Villages at Heavenly and it was about a 40 min bus ride to the trail head. We had a great time and our tour guide was great. Great spot to stop for photos and the guide was willing to take everyone's photos and were very knowledgeable of the area.

It’s unforgettable adventure! The staff were friendly, professional, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and safe before heading out. The ride itself was breathtaking! Cruising through the snow trails and stunning winter scenery were incredibly beautiful. I would highly recommend this activity to anyone looking for a fun and memorable winter experience.

They cancelled on us without notice and did not even give us any assurance that we will get a refund. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. Their booking agent is apparently in Arizona. We booked for a tour on 12/29 at 9 am with pickup at our hotel at 7:15 am. We were at our designated pickup location at 7:07 am and waited for over 30 minutes but no one showed up. We tried calling customer service but they do not open until 8 am. I emailed their customer service email address and received an automated response saying that due to high volume, they will respond in 3-5 business days. I finally got a hold of someone at 8 am and was informed that the tours are not operating due to weather and that he could not get a hold of anyone in Tahoe (recall, he is in Arizona). I then asked for a refund and was told that he cannot refund me and I would need to call the people in Tahoe directly. He did not even offer to give me their direct line. After I requested the telephone number for the people in Tahoe and called, I received an automated message that they do not open until 9 am. I am absolutely baffled. This is the first ever time I have left a review for anything. I could not have imagined that this level of incompetence exists.
