Our trip was great. Every aspect was organized & smooth. We all really enjoyed the dinner & view from the tower. The night market was a fun experience. Thanks again!

First, the pick and drop off was great. David, was a great tour guide. He was quite eloquent on many topics. He also came early to pick us up. The dinner itself is very good in terms of the flavor of the food. However, it think they could add more variation and quantity.

This tour was lovely despite the rain. As a solo traveler it's often tricky to have a good dining experience but this experience allowed me to share a nice dinner with a nice group of people. The guide made sure to accommodate my dietary restriction and the food was delicious. I recommend!

Great experience for 6 of us. Hotel pickup was on time and tour guide was very good about keeping us on schedule so that our restaurant wait time was minimal. Food at Din Tai Fung was excellent and plentiful. Stopped at a temple close to the Raohe Night Market. Free time at the night market with a prearranged meeting time at a 7-11 store. Everyone returned on time for return transportation. Travel to and from the sites were very safe through the city.

The tour guide was fine, and it was nice to get into the restaurant with very little wait. The experience at the restaurant itself was lacking. We had a fairly large group crammed around one large table. Our guide ate elsewhere, and the serving staff told us very little about what we were eating or how to eat it. Several people in our group didn’t understand that there were serving utensils specifically for the shared dishes and just used their own utensils in the serving dishes. It was an awkward and uncomfortable meal of mediocre (set menu) food. The rest of the tour was fine. Our guide never pointed out the rainbow bridge even though it was listed in the tour materials, but we found it on our own. Be aware that if it is raining, the night market is not very enjoyable.

Everything was really memorable. Pick up at the hotel was on time. Dinner at Din Tai Fung was very enjoyable, especially since we had reservations and did not have to stand in the queue for 110 minutes as was shown on the sign. By the way, food selection was very good. After dinner, we went to the temple next to the market for a few minutes, and then the Rainbow River to take pictures before actually going into the Raohe night market. The entire tour was very enjoyable.

The meal was excellent and abundant, unfortunately it wasn't explained that there wasn't a reservation, but that we would have to wait. We waited forty minutes. The waiting time for other people was two and a half hours, so I guess in that respect we were lucky to have a guide. The night market was packed and chaotic, so I didn't really enjoy it, and as it was mostly food, and we had just eaten a big dinner, it was a bit of a waste of time, but I suppose interesting to see one. Our guide was fairly informative, but left us to our own devices most of the time.

We had a great time with our guide on this tour, I think he said his English name was either David or Daniel. He was extremely informative, answered all of our questions, and made small talk with us throughout the entire time. A very friendly and kind person and we really felt like the city of Taipei came alive through his perspective that he shared with us! We also enjoyed learning about the templates, the street markets, and had an amazing meal of delicious dumplings. Thank you so much!
