We had an outstanding tour of Old Town Talinn with Femke. She was very knowledgeable and engaging. We hit all the highlights and learned a lot about Talinn and Estonia from Medieval time, the Soviet occupation, and present day. Highly recommended.

Great tour guide - amazing knowledge and love for her city- there was no question she did not know the answer to and customized to information we were interested in - also changed the order of the tour to accommodate us - cannot say enough good things about this tour and Marta as a tour guide - 10 out of 10

Our experience with Amitylux tours company was just wonderful! Our tour guide was Femke and she made her city the high point of our vacation. She brought us to many amazing cobblestoned streets and told us stories about historical buildings and people who lived there, showed us magical views from various lookout places in the upper city and went with us through courtyards and narrow ancient streets full of ancient, almost mysterious beauty. Thank you so much!

We arrived to this small group walking tour to discover we were the only ones in the group, which was already special. Despite the pouring rain we were able to get a terrific overview of beautiful Tallinn. The tour covered all the main sites, was well paced, and covered both medieval and more recent history. Our guide, Femke, was pleasant, helpful, and most importantly, knowledgeable. I highly recommend this tour from Amitylux for a solid introduction to Tallinn.

This was a very informative and engaging tour. We got lucky that we were the only people on it so we basically got a private tour. Unfortunately I don't remember our guides name but she was originally from Belgium and she has short hair. She was fantastic and you can tell that she loves Estonia. Tallinn is a beautiful city and this tour is totally worth while to get to know it. We definitely recommend this tour.

This was a good overview of the old Town as well as a bit of the surrounding area. I appreciated the history of Estonia. Hermann was generally a good guide. My concern was that he was very opinionated about global warming (felt it was a hoax) and Covid (hoax as well perpetuated by the pharmaceutical industry). He is entitled to his opinions and I respect that but I felt he should not be that open on a tour. He took us through a tunnel under the road which was very sketchy. I was not comfortable there. The tour finished at the train station. I’m not sure if that is the usual termination point but since he was catching a train out of town maybe we finished there to accommodate him.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our afternoon touring Tallinn and hearing about its history from the perspective of a local. Hermann was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Showed us around the old city and some newer sites. Highly recommended.

I did the 3-hour walking tour of Old Town Tallinn. I always take a guided walking tour of a city’s historic center and this was one of the best. It was a small group of six and our guide, Herrman, made the difference. Amiable, knowledgeable and witty, he was one of the best I’ve experienced. Highest recommendation.
