1.00I booked the tour and on the day of the tour was notified by the driver who were supposed to come pick me up that he cannot make it because of the traffic - after making me wait for an hour he said I should cancel the tour and rebook for another day. What’s even worse despite cancelling the tour now aviator rejects refunding me for a trip that never happened. Stay away from these SCAMMERS!!!

4.00A magical, beautiful place to visit, stroking the holy snakes, and bring blessed at holy water fountain was great. My driver / guide was very accommodating, and flexible to my needs as a solo traveller.

5.00It turned out that I was the only person and so it ended up exclusively for me alone. In a situation like this, some companies come up with some excuse to cancel the trip, but this tour company , TheTripGuru, did not fail to meet its commitment. Good job. The tour and the guide Santik both were excellent.

5.00What a beautiful location and experience. Our driver, Agus, arrived in plenty of time and messaged us to say he had arrived. Did offer to take us to the coffee plantation beforehand but we had already been. It meant we had plenty of time to explore Tanah Lot, enjoy, take photos and do some shopping before heading to the sunset bar for actual sunset. Spectacular views and we are so pleased we took the trip.
Good tour but not a good guide.

3.00Started off badly. Driver was nearly half an hour late and I had already texted him to find out where he was. When he arrived he just said traffic was bad - no apology. Tanah Lot was beautiful but kept losing the guide. We then all sat at a table for a drink to watch the sunset which was great. The guide had said to us that he was going to the toilet. We waited but he didn’t come back so decided to make our way back to where we had left one of the group ( he was feeling the heat ) When we reached the person we had left he said the guide had passed him about 20 mins before and to meet him at the car! Lucky we had made a move or we’d still be sitting at the table waiting for him to come back from the “toilet “ !!! Not good!!!
