5.00This was hands down one of the best excursions we did on our trip. If you’re on the fence, book it. Karim was great to work with ahead of time, super responsive and made everything easy to coordinate before we even arrived. Once we got there, our guide Hamza took over and absolutely made the experience. He was knowledgeable, easygoing, and really went out of his way to make sure we had a great time. What really stood out to me was that this was actually a private experience. A lot of tours say “VIP” or “small group,” but then you end up with a bunch of other people. That wasn’t the case here, it was just my wife and me the entire time. Even though it’s listed as a shared tour, each booking gets their own guide, so it feels much more personal and relaxed. The itinerary was also flexible. Hamza tailored things to what we were most interested in, which made it feel less like a scripted tour and more like exploring Tangier with someone who really knows it. The camel ride along the coast was a great experience, but this tour is so much more than just that. We also added the Hercules Cave for a few extra dollars, and it was 100% worth it. Definitely don’t skip that. Being able to explore inside, and even get photos with a monkey and macaw, made it even more memorable. Overall, we felt completely safe and well taken care of the entire time. Hamza also helped us navigate the markets and made sure we weren’t getting taken advantage of, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you’re looking for something that feels more personal than the typical group excursion.

5.00I would definitely recommend this tour. Karim was great to work with from the beginning and made sure we had all the information we needed before our excursion. Our guide Hamza was amazing. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and really went above and beyond. He took photos for us at all the best spots, explained everything clearly, and even helped us negotiate at the market. We ended up with a beautiful rug. The whole experience felt safe, comfortable, and well organized. We felt much more at ease and enjoyed the experience so much more having Hamza as our guide!

5.00Karim is simply the best! We arrived late night from Barcelona and he immediately switched into gear when we mentioned hunger. He took us around the Medina and explained the Moroccan culture along with landmarks. We shopped for scarves, argan oil and then ate at a rooftop restaurant with fantasist views. He really made us feel like family in such a short time. He contributed to a wonderful authentic experience that no one else in Morocco did. He continued to check in on us during our duration of the trip in other cities. I feel like I have gained another family member through Karim. If you want to feel a warm welcome, be cared for and deal with an experienced professional, book with him asap. You will not be disappointed.

5.00What an amazing day spent seeing the sights of Tangier. Kareem was an amazing guide with a broad knowledge of the customs and traditions of Tangier. He personalized our trip taking us to the things that we wanted to see and learn about the things we wanted to know. We had the opportunity to shop for Moroccan rugs and spices in the local market. Our visit was the day before Eid, so we have the added bonus of learning about this holiday. We felt safe and secure the entire day. This tour was definitely worth the price and was a great use of our time while in Tangier.

5.00We had such an amazing full day tour with Karim. We had some ideas of what we wanted to do and we combined what Karim had in mind plus what we wanted to do. We literally hit the top 10 sights of Tangier and felt so fortunate to see so much in one day. Karim even recommended things like a coffee stop, and some other activities to do on our own. We HIGHLY recommend a tour of Tangier with Karim!

5.00When we travel, we want to sample the local flavors and culture. Karim customized our walking tour so we could do just that. Highlights include walking through the local market and sampling olives, figs as well as seeing the gorgeous displays of fruits, vegetables, fish, chicken, flowers, spices, and more. We also had a relaxed paced, multi-course traditional Moroccan meal in a local restaurant and Turkish coffee in the famous Cafe Baba in Medina. Personally, I also loved seeing the stalls/shops of the barbershop, the tailor, weavers, as well as the community oven. Walking with Karim feels as if you are with a local celebrity. It was clear the locals knew him, welcomed our "intrusion" into their spaces and even left a productive bubble of space simply because we were with Karim. I cannot imagine trying to navigate the labyrinthine of streets and passageways without Karim or one of his colleagues.
