What To Expect
You will discover the different algae and their properties including health benefits. Then, a tasting of artisan seaweed cheeses is proposed. You can also try the different cheeses, fresh or more mature, with spices such as pepper or chilli or with flowers, nuts etc. Adults: 18 - 99 years old Age group Infants: 1 - 7 years Age group Children: 8 - 17 years

5.00We loved this experience with Lydie at her home. She was really welcoming and knowledgeable about seaweed. We did tasting with fresh cheese and yoghurt, both of which she'd made and were yummy! Would really recommend, it was so unique and fun.

5.00Had an inspiring tasting from the kind and passionate Madame Lydie. She told me all about the healing of seaweeds and showed me both the different types of seaweed and the cheeses she made. 5.00This was an unusual experience but I was thoroughly caught up in the enthusiasm and passion of the lovely lady. I learnt all about the different types of seaweed and their properties and was able to taste the different varieties sprinkled on delicious homemade soft cheese. Fascinated to learn that all ingredients were from the local area.

5.00I never knew seaweed could be so varied and delicious! My partner surprised me with this special cheese tasting and it was delightful. Not only were all the different kinds of seaweed flavorful and prepared in unique ways (especially the dip made with hearts of palm!) but Lydie answered all our questions about seaweed harvesting. Her story is so interesting and I can't wait to share some of the seaweed recipes with our folks back home. It was the perfect way to end our trip to Brittany. Thank you Lydie for a wonderful time!
