Really the experience went fantastic, the beaches beautiful, rich food, punctual with the schedules. What I think they need to improve is the previous communication, the boat trip was crazy, it is not a trip for those who suffer from vertigo or dizziness, we were surfing the waves at full speed and hitting jumps everywhere, really in a moment it became dangerous. In addition to that they do not speak English the guides and it was a topic for tourists who did not speak Spanish, we were translating what was said, mostly the pickup times at each beach, but the guides seemed not to care that the tourists did not understand, at lunch the same thing happened, much to improve in that sense, I was lucky to travel a lot and they always worried about me understanding the important information. Outside of that, the beaches are highly recommended to visit

The guide (Daniel) and the captain were very sweet, bless them, not their fault (they helped me the best they could - I had injured my foot so they helped me with that too) but this negative review goes directly and exclusively to the tour operator (Luiz Martinez?). Mr Martinez, 1. When a customer makes a booking and pays for it THREE MONTHS IN ADVANCE, it should be the agency reaching out to them, not the other way around. 2. When a customer asks for details of what to bring/suggestions/a googlemaps link to the meeting point, the agency REPLIES, they don’t go MIA. 3. When a customer pays nearly US $90 for a tour, they do NOT expect the following: - a tour with no explanations, nothing. - a tour with no instructions, beforehand or throughout. Nothing. - a tour where nobody speaks English (neither other customers nor guide) - a tour where you’re inevitably left out and do not understand anything of what anyone is saying (ie. Where to go, how long, what to do etc), plus you can’t even socialize with anyone.. I have never felt like this - like absolute s*it - on a tour before today. I want my money back.

Great day in Tayrona! Was lovely to be able to see 3 beaches with minimal walking, each with a slightly different vibe. Crew was great - attentive and helpful with anything needed. Tour flowed seamlessly. Highly recommend!

We loved the tour! They were punctual, very professional and respectful. I went with my mom to celebrate her birthday and it was a very nice experience, beautiful beaches, beautiful landscapes. Super recommended!

Paradise beaches, 2-hour trekking with bird watching , capuchin monkeys butterflies iguanas etc. Eat very well at good prices Ah and return is 2 hours more but you can return by boat or horses for 100,000 Colombians and horses for 70,000

3 great beaches and almost nearly no walking. Great boat trip, but quite bumpy on the way out but coming back is much easier. The captain and tour guide were very friendly and looked after us with water and snacks. Normally food on tours is not very good but the lunch was very tasty. I would happily recommend this tour for those who want to take a break from sightseeing and just relax on some great beaches.

Fantastic tour of some of the main Tayrona beaches some of which are only accessible by boat. The captain crew were phenomenal and catered to our needs during this day tour. The sea was only a little bit choppy getting out of Santa Marta but the rest of the trip was very smooth. The beaches are pristine and truly some of the most beautiful ones worldwide. Bring plenty of sunblock. Only one beach had accessible restrooms. Highly recommended activity but not suitable for anyone with mobility/arthritis problems

Great way to visit 3 beaches in one day. Ride out was seriously bumpy as other reviewers noted - I felt good about our boat (Tequila MX) being the largest speedboat out there. Departure scheduled for 9am. Great hospitality and food. Would recommend.
