5.00"Visit Georgia with George" went above and beyond. I'd mistakenly entered the wrong date for arrival — I did not account for an arrival after midnight (3:00am) turning over into the next calendar date and thus put in Oct 16th arrival instead of 17th. And so, they sent someone to pick us up at the airport who then waited until 6am on the day before our actual arrival. They contacted me via email, and once we were off our flight and I saw the message, we emailed back and forth and after I offered my phone number via Whats App, we were able to come to an agreement to schedule a pickup on the correct date for half price, charging only what it cost to compensate the driver for their time. The same driver was able to come back and pick up us, and take us directly to our hotel at the very late hour after our red-eye flight. Both the person I spoke with / the dispatcher, and the driver himself, were consummate professionals who made sure we were taken care of, and who were understanding re: my earlier error.
