What To Expect

Telica Volcano

Telica volcano is a unique and enchanting destination! The tour starts from the city of León. We drive wild 4×4 safari trucks for approximately 2 hours until reaching the base of the volcano, the climb begins for approximately 45 mins to 1 hour. You can enjoy beautiful views of the Maribios mountain range and its surroundings, until reaching the top of the volcano (Lava Crater). Then we get ready to admire the majesty of the crater and if nature allows it, we can see the lava!

I loved the tour to Telica volcano, it was a unique experience that I will never forget. Seeing the active crater up close was stunning, and the sunset from the top is just magical. I enjoyed every moment of the tour and the connection with nature was special.

We had the opportunity to travel as a family with Nica Nica Tours and it was an excellent experience from start to finish.
