Five Stars for the entire experience. We absolutely loved everything during , the ride, and our pilot Phil! I wanted to surprise my girlfriend, not knowing though she was afraid of heights. She was a trooper though and was open minded for this unique opportunity, so I was extremely pleased to know Phil had over 30 years of experience. He openly shared his knowledge of ballooning and stories from around the world. The crew also made the experience very smooth from start to finish! My girlfriend was very happy to have accepted my gift and taken a chance.

We were expecting beautiful views of the vineyards and mountains, but instead we drifted over residential areas and barren fields. No wildlife, no natural beauty, no view of the wineries. Staff was nice but stated that weather conditions forced them to select an alternate launch site. I have no way to verify this. Still disappointed!

This experience is unforgettable. The take off and the landing were so smooth! You don’t even feel the movement. Amazing views, friendly people! But remember: You’re going to be standing the 2.5 hours it lasts. 10 out of 10
