Coasteering trips take place along a spectacular section of the famous Pembrokeshire coastline. Guides are very highly trained and equipped with the latest safety equipment including satellite safety beacons.

What To Expect

Coasteering involves a mixture of swimming and scrambling with some jumps (optional) and swirly bits! We'll meet you, give you a briefing on what to expect and then issue equipment (wetsuits' buoyancy aids, helmets) before heading down to the sea.

We had an absolutely amazing time coasteering! From start to finish, the experience was so well organised and professional. The instructors gave really clear safety instructions and made sure everyone felt confident before we got started. The equipment was top quality and we felt completely safe the whole time. The best part was how inclusive the session felt — there was no pressure to do anything you weren’t comfortable with, but plenty of encouragement if you wanted to push yourself a bit. Jumping into the sea from different heights was such a thrill, and swimming through a cave was an unforgettable experience! I’d highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fun, adventurous day out in a stunning setting.

The 2 guides were brilliant. Taking care of us and helping us to get out when necessary. There wetsuits were good. Although the sea was cold it was great fun. You dont have to do the big jumps if you dont want to. The cliffs and caves were very impressive. It was our first time coastering but we're all glad we did it. Highly recommend Tenby adventures.

Great company, great adventure, fun, a real sense of achievement at the end. I took a 10 and 13 year old, and I'm 66 and not at all sure about doing this. But they were a great team, really encouraging of everyone, and I felt safe and cared for throughout, and we all did more than we ever thought possible. Thank you Tenby Adventure for allowing me to share this with the kids. I highly recommend this company

Mark and his team were excellent guides. Firstly as we arrived we were advised that the conditions were very difficult. Immediately he offered us a full refund if we decided not to go, or a reschedule. We rescheduled the next day. Our large family group ranging from 11 - 71 years had a great time. Even when Grandad was struggling the instructors were very patient and professional and helped him back to shore safely. We did some awesome jumps, cave exploration and swimming - Mark and his team were friendly and fun to be around at all times. Everyone said "I want to do it again!" I highly recommend Tenby Adventure and would go with them again!

Absolutely amazing morning in the water! Best family adventure we’ve been on since we went Sea kayaking last year with them! Charles and Rachel were experts, kind, enthusiastic, and encouraging. We felt completely safe. Our two kids are 12 and 9 and good swimmers and they had the time of their lives jumping off into the waters. Big confidence building experience for them both! It was exhilarating! Would give 20 star review if that was allowed! I trust this company. They love what they do and the do it brilliantly!
