I joined the tour in early September. We decided to travel to Mongolia late, so we couldn't get a tour, so we were lucky enough to get this one. The tour company was on a holiday, but they informed us of the pickup time, and we were able to welcome the day with peace of mind. The weather was fine on the day and I was able to fully enjoy the nature of Mongolia. Perhaps the time zone with the other tours was slightly off, we were able to relax and enjoy sightseeing without stress at the tourist points. We are also grateful for the inclusion of horseback riding experiences that were not planned. In addition to the course, my guide, Eri, also taught me about Mongolia, which was great Japanese. There were some bad roads along the way, but the drivers probably cared for me, so I didn't feel sick. This time I participated alone, but next time I hope I can bring my family with me. Thank you so much for your wonderful journey 😊

Wow -- this tour company was excellent. We tried 2 other companies - Tour radar and Viator. Tour Radar was good, but Juulchin was better. Viator tours we do not recommend. Juulchin set up a tour at the last minute after a tour set up by Viator was a no-show the morning of the scheduled tour - in fact, the Viator tour guide did not answer phone calls or text messages - basically took our money and no one showed (we did finally get a refund from Viator, but not worth it.) In contrast, Juulchin was at the hotel within an hour of the call. The driver and tour guide were fun, and interesting and the guide had excellent English and was a wealth of information. In addition to the statute, we visited a nomadic family that provided us with a horse tour. The lunch was one of the best we had in Mongolia. We looked to see if we could use them for other tours but were unable to cancel prior scheduled tours. Juulchin will be our go-to when we return.

We have had 3 days in Mongolia and our guide Lola was exeptional. She really went out of her way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. Her knowledge of Mongolian history was outstanding and pitched at just the right level. She also had a very good sense of humour. I would strongly recommend this guide from this company

We were in Mongolia on a small group tour doing the Trans Mongolian Railway. While in Mongolia, we had Juulchin World Tours as our local guide. They also provided the bus and driver. Our time in Mongolia consisted of a city tour and night in Ulaanbatar followed by some nights in gers in the national parks and a final night in Ulaanbatar. We had the same guide (Uno) and driver throughout. Everything went very smoothly and the guide and driver were of the highest quality. Juulchin seem to be a pretty large operation as we saw 3 or 4 of their buses while we were there. I would happily recommend them.

Our guide (Anar) and driver (Ganaa) were absolutely fantastic for the whole of our three day stay. The Alun Goo lodge was delightful with good food and lovely friendly welcoming staff. We had a fire lit each evening so were warm and toasty. Anar was so passionate and enthusiastic about the history and future of her country, we learnt so much from her. Danaa was an amazing driver - Mongolian roads are something else! They checked weather forecasts and tweaked trips to avoid rain which was so thoughtful and kind. Anar's English was excellent and her knowledge amazing encouraging questions. After three days we felt we had two fabulous new friends. Mongolia is a truly special place made most magical by Anar and Ganaa. The scenery in the Terelj park is fantastic, it was so lovely to have horses grazing right outside our ger each morning and also watching herdsmen gathering their animals on horse or motor bike. The animals all looked so well cared for and so content. We have fallen in love with Mongolia. Recommended visits are Chenggis Khaan statue, National Museum and visit to Kazak/nomad family.

Sometimes it is hard to pick a tour especially when there was many on offer from different companies. I was helping to organise a one day trip to Gorkhi-Terelj park for my company, I'm glad I had picked this one, and also that Anudari was prompt and consistent in her replies to my queries. Our guide,Tseegii met us at our hotel on time (but we were late) and had all 15 of us on board a bus. We stayed at the Guru Eco Ger complex in a beautiful location of the park and it was clean and quiet. We visited a nomadic family, Turtle Rock and the monastery and went horse riding. Tseegii was patient with us eventho we might have taken our time to assemble. The meals cooked for us at the camp were delicious and everyone had a wonderful time eventhough our time was short.

Everything we wished for in this trip. We wanted to take part in the Naadam Festival, which is Mongolia's national festival and then see the eastern part of Mongolia that was doable in the time we had. We spent 7 nights in ger camps, which is the traditional felt covered homes in Mongolia. During our 12 day trip, we had a tour guide who spoke great English and a very experienced driver These trips are done in big SUVs that can handle the terrain and the lack of paved roads. The gers were actually very comfortable and the meals were in general very good. This trip would be difficult for a vegetarian since Mongolia is a meat eating country. The country is just so beautiful with great sights in the Gobi desert. Just a wonderful tour where everything was taken care of. The tour company is big enough to handle last minute changes and was a wonderful group to work with.
