5.00I trusted Horizon Vietnam travel , I was hesitant foreign country my sufficient English with the operator we searched for destinations that approached our interests . 5.00We have traveled Vietnam from North to South with Horizon Vietnam. Their drivers and guides have been very professional and have made us very enjoy the trip. Thank you Perla and Lalisa and thanks also to our guides Idoia, Anna and Yen. All of them very friendly and professional great. I want to mention that our stay coincided with the start of the war in Iran and our return ticket from Ho Chi Minh City to Barcelona was cancelled. From Horizon they helped us at all times by booking a hotel in Hanoi for another week (until the flight we got to return) as well as plane tickets from Ho Chi Minh to Hanoi and drivers for the trips to and from the airport and all without raising prices. They made us feel accompanied in very difficult moments.
