Our tour guide, Ruslan, did an excellent job sharing the history, as well as showing us the sights of this magnificent city. He was mindful of the cold day and incorporated several indoor stops to warm us up.

I visited Helsinki due to a work event and wanted to use the weekend to get to know some more about the Finnish culture and its history. And that’s exactly what I got: Ruslan, our guide knew basically everything about the city, the country, the culture, the history and gave a lot of interesting Finnish insights. I liked that he did the tour in a very interactive way: he consistently included us, asked questions, let us pose questions whenever we had any, which made the tour fun and memorable. Overall a wonderful experience! Highly recommended!

We joined for the free walking tour of Helsinki with Ruslan. The tour was interactive, he explained us regarding the history of Helsinki, the Finnish traditions, such as the student parade, and politics and economics aspects. Considering the cold, Ruslan was attentive , for example he programmed stops indoors (very appreciated), answered to all our questions and made sure we understood everything. We had a really great time and we highly recommend it. Thank you once again!

Two hour tour of central Helsinki. Well-paced, informative and fun. Highly recommended. One tip - dress for the cold weather if needed. Standing in the shade and wind at zero Celsius does require some preparation. I was ok (having lived in Eastern Canada) but some of the more southerly Europeans on the tour (and their kids) were obviously cold. Which detracts from the experience.
