What To Expect
First, we will present you the history of the estate and its philosophy. Then we will take you to visit our plot of Clos des Poutures, in Monopoly. This will allow you to understand permaculture and agroecology, especially through grasses. Finally, we will finish with a tasting of 6 wines, including 2 villages and 3 premier crus.

5.00Great introduction to Beaune wine and Pommard especially. The terroir was well explained and how the winds are differentiated and labelled. Tasted 3 white and 3 red Pommard wines which were well explained and introduced.
