2.00It didn’t pick us up from our accommodation You can’t see out of the windows so I was fairly sick It didn’t leave on time it was at least an hour later

1.00This was the biggest cluster**** I have ever seen. You have to line up in what seems like a cattle call and then wait in the hot sun for about 45 minutes to even begin loading your boat. In the meantime, you are jostling in with people from other boats and there is no clear direction of which boat is loading at any given time. When you do eventually get on the boat, there is not guaranteed seating for everyone and some people have to go upstairs (outside) and stand. To top it all off, we were told we would arrive at 11:30 and we did not get to the arrival port until 2:00ish.
