We're known for operating the best all-inclusive snorkel experiences on the island of Cozumel.Traveling to some of the most beautiful areas the Caribbean has to offer - including the famous 'El Cielo'. We aim to visit 3 or 4 different destinations during the tour to give you a taste of what our beautiful island has to offer.
We provide everything you need to enjoy the tour with us, including freshly prepared Mexican snacks and ice-cold drinks. Just turn up and we'll take care of the rest!

What To Expect
We’ll visit some of the most amazing reef locations on the island of Cozumel, including a green turtle sanctuary where we can snorkel alongside peacefully in their natural habitat. We also visit ‘El Cielo’ (‘Heaven’) - an incredible natural starfish sanctuary, filled with many bright red & orange starfish on pristine white sands. Towards the end of the tour, we’ll move on to Cielito, or ‘Little Heaven’. This is a natural sandbank in crystal clear water, where we can simply relax and enjoy freshly prepared snacks and drinks before cruising back to port with the sunset. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your sailing time. All times shown are for Cozumel’s local timezone, which may differ to your cruise ship timezone. Check before booking. Please do not apply sunscreen immediately before or during the tour; 'reef safe' or 'coral safe' sunscreens only minimise damage and are not proven to be completely harmless to aquatic life. Many sunscreens also create slippery surfaces which can pose a hazard on our boats. We instead recommend using a long sleeve rash vest & hat.

3.00Do not buy pictures. We paid for pictures and never was received them. I have emailed them multiple times and still 2 days later haven't got anything and probably won't. Experience was good other than that.

5.00This was our first time snorkeling. The guides were very friendly and encouraging. Even though the weather was not good we really enjoyed our trip. There was enough time at each stop, snack was good and staff were lovely. The only feedback I have is to put a lid on storage box for the personal items. Our bags were soaked through which had our spare clothes and we had to go buy dry clothes before getting the ferry back to Playa del Carmen. Passengers.... I would recommend having water proof bags. It rained on our trip but even if the sun was out the spray from the ocean hit everything! Would do it again 😃

5.00I booked a snorkeling tour for my husband and I during our recent visit to Cozumel. I booked the tour online before we left for our vacation. When the day came we were picked up directly at the pier on our resort by the Enigma crew. The crew welcomed us on board, were friendly, fun, and professional. They made us feel safe and comfortable as well. We visited four locations in total, 3 snorkeling locations and one last stop, in more shallow water, to enjoy the a snack and a drink. We saw lots of marine life during our snorkeling tour, including stingrays, a baby nurse shark, lots of colorful fish, barracuda, star fish, and sea turtles! The snorkeling was top notch and our guides, Gasper and Ricardo, made sure we enjoyed the experience. They took some cool photos and videos for us to commemorate our adventure as well (for an additional fee). The snacks were also delicious, the best guacamole I ever tasted! I felt we had enough time at each stop and time at the end to relax in the Caribbean Sea and enjoy the beautiful view. I highly recommend Cozumel Snorkel Center for your next snorkeling adventure in Mexico!
Beware the sunburn

4.00Really enjoyed this snorkeling trip - guides were great at finding locations and pointing out certain wildlife - saw turtles, stingrays & starfish. But - major sunburn warning - I didn't know beforehand that you aren't allowed to use *any* suncream (not even reefsafe). We were out from 9am -3pm due to multiple pick ups and drop offs. I'm usually careful with my skin - I was wearing a hat and t-shirt all day and still got sunburnt :( think the only way to avoid sunburn would be to wear allover clothing - long sleeve top& bottoms, wide brim hat, some kind of face covering. Some people on our boat didn't even get off to snorkel at the later stops because they were already too burned. Totally understand protecting the reef, just would have liked more warning from tour operators about not being able to use even 'reef safe' cream, or maybe giving advice / lending out suitable clothing (wide hats / hoodies etc) for sun protection. Still had a great day out though. Guides were a lot of fun and very vibrant - loud music, fast boats, fun atmosphere. The place is stunning. Personally would have appreciated more info on the animals from the guides as well.

4.00Good experience but had to change the trip because of Port not allowing us to go to where the turtles and starfish were. Had to go to other areas and snorkel. It was still fun and interesting.

5.00We really enjoyed our time snorkeling. Weather did not allow for us to go to our original spots, but the guides were flexible and changed the snorkeling locations so we could still snorkel. We would do again!

3.00We didnt get to go to El Cielo cause of the weather so instead they took us to "3" reefs and a beach. All the reefs were 2 min away from each other. I think we shouldve been offered a refund. But the crew was amazing. Funny and very tentative!

5.00The visit was great. It was a very long boat ride so if you get sea sick beware. The guides were great and made sure we all got great photos and had a wonderful time. We got to see starfish, sea turtles, all kinds of fish, stingrays and even a shark!

5.00We had a great time on this tour. Easy walk from the cruise pier to the meeting point at the hotel. Snorkeling was great and we saw turtles, stingrays, starfish and lots of colorful fish. Drinks and snacks on the boat afterwards were excellent. Highly recommend this tour to cruise passengers rather than booking a shore excursion thru the ship. Big thank you to our guides who were awesome!
