  Just easy to get through and experience the falls on the NY side. Loved the park, exhibition and space. Great boat tour. Get ready to be wet and experience the for e of nature.

  Our tour guide was late to start. We started with a walk to the restroom where we spend 25 minutes & then we almost missed the boat. She said she would take pictures of the individual groups at the end and never did.

• Don't count on Viaror getting their facts right!

  You sold us tickets to a boat ride that was not available. We didn't learn of your mistake until less than 24 hours before the appointment, and not from you. That seems very unprofessional!

  Amazing! The experience was great, and think it’s a can’t miss, but the tour guides and their enthusiasm was what made the experience. We happen to book on the last day of the 2024 season, and they were as excited to be there as I am sure they were on the first day. The stories to the best tips on where to stand and giving everyone a penny to make a wish. The people can make or break an experience, this group made it for us.

  Our tour guide Jennifer was great. There was a walking tour included which was a pleasant surprise. Our visit was in November and we were unsure on how wet you get. The provided punchos were great.
