I was charged for an extra ticket and was told I would be reimbursed, left messages , tried to call no voicemail available, and haven’t heard back .

My granddaughters and I all had the best experience! Howie was our tour guide. He was an awesome guide and was always looking out for his group.

The guide was friendly and courteous. We walked a short time through the park and he explained about the war monument and other details. He guided us to the Maid of the Mist staging area where we handed in the ticket provided by our tour operator. We received blue poncho, which we donned while in line. Our wait for the boarding was only a few minutes as we were there in September and crowds were smaller. On the boa, we were on the bottom deck, standing at the rail. It is the place to be if you do not want to get really wet. The upper deck gets the brunt of the must. We were wearing jeans, tshirts, light rain jackets and non slip shoes. With the ponchos, we stayed dry except for hair and face. Could not keep the hood of the poncho on — the blast from the mist and the power it exudes is awesome! The boat moves at a leisurely pace. NAND the does a 360 degree turn so everyone on board will see all of the falls. No need to move to the other railings. Once docked, our guide gathered us for a short walk to the Observation Deck building. Views from the top are fantastic. From there, we were on our own to explore but this company does offer other experiences that can be added and some folks in our group went on to do those things. As other reviewers have commented, you can do this journey on your own without a tour guide. But we enjoyed the walk and talk, and it was only $17 more per person. But that might be cost prohibitive for a family.

Boat ride was amazing. The Tour prior was 100 unnecessary. If I had know I would go straight to the Maid of the Mist Ticket booth and saved $50!

They changed our departure time the night before our trip to a time we could not make and they have not responded about giving us our money back.
