The greatness of the Olympic Games, the richness of sports, and the human values and challenges that push us forward, all gathered in this museum.

Extremely disappointed, especially because of the reviews found on Google. Here, we are clearly dealing with an exhibition of objects. We mistakenly believed there would be more experiences, sports simulators, especially for children. So clearly for children, it is very, very long and especially not interesting. We thought it would highlight sports and all sports, a nice way to discover this as a family, to make children aware of the effort behind what they see on television during the Olympics. Perhaps compare the length of a jump, the weight of the weights, etc. But not at all, it is just an exhibition of objects from the history of the Olympics. And especially, it is written everywhere "do not touch!". And all the parents around us had the same tense expression on their faces, and the kids dragged their feet just like ours. It is pretty, that is true, but there are really very few immersive or interactive things. If you think you will have as much fun learning as at the Transportation or Communication museum, you are mistaken. It's a showcase, that's all. It's a shame because the financial investment is clear, but it serves vanity rather than education. Not to mention the "friendliness" of the young woman at the restaurant, clearly annoyed, who responded to us with a coldness worthy of the Winter Olympics; at least we were on theme there. The advantage, and thank you Raiffeisen, is that it was free.

The outside area is great (lots of steps though). The museum is fantastic with really interesting displays. A real must do. Free with Swiss Pass otherwise CHF20 for an adult. Lovely cafe spot halfway up the hill with beautiful views over the lake.

The museum has an incredibly beautiful and large garden. The food in the restaurant was very good and the museum was super interesting. It was not boring and also well suited for children.

On the shores of Lake Leman, the Olympic Museum takes you through the history of the games, from ancient Greece to the present day. Succession of beautiful rooms with interactive screen, audio guide possible, where you also discover the official outfits of the summer/winter games, medals, equipment, flames... The outdoor promenade is decorated with beautiful statues of sportsmen. A pleasant moment to share.

Loved it!! Very interactive and a great experience for everyone. I was surprised there was so little focus on the Paralympics though, I understand space is limited but would have been good to see a feature on them, maybe cut down on the gaming side of things and give a room solely to the Paralympics.
