For transportation efficiency, the entire group will travel together in one comfortable, air-conditioned bus, and upon arrival, the participants will be divided into smaller groups of up to 25 people per guide.

1.00I would love to give 5 stars to Viator and World Experience, the tour operator for Three Cities in One: Segovia, Ávila, and Toledo from Madrid, but unfortunately I can’t. Based on the reviews and the price, you would think this is the best option—but that changes when you actually need their help. I made an honest mistake while booking. I intended to book for September, but I booked at 7:00 p.m. local time in Los Angeles, which was 3:00 a.m. in Spain, and the system booked the tour for the same day (January 26). I called immediately to request a date change from January 26 to September 7, which was the date I originally intended to book. World Experience never responded to my request, and Viator told me twice that they contacted the tour operator, who denied the amendment. They said they were sorry but could not refund my money or reschedule the tour. Frankly, this is not okay. I wasn’t asking for a refund—I only wanted to change the date shortly after booking. Because of this lack of flexibility and support, I can’t recommend this tour.
