I loved the museum, I really liked that it’s organized by time and not geographically. Love the outside of the building and the whole aesthetic of it. The agency that took care of my tickets could’ve sent the tickets sooner, I was getting anxious because they sent the tickets the same morning of the activity.

We did not receive our tickets as promised. I messaged the day before, and they had promptly responded that we would receive the tickets on the day of our booking. On the morning of our booked trip, we did not receive the tickets. We called this tour operator 3 times, but there was not response. We had to escalate to Viator Support, who also could not reach them by phone. We have requested a full refund for services NOT rendered, but we are awaiting the company's response. Fingers crossed we get our refund.
