The walking tour was very helpful in orienting ourselves to the city. Carol was a great guide and was very knowledgeable. She shared her recommendations with us as we walked along and told us interesting tid bits about the city. Highly recommended!

A pleasant walk that was also useful and interesting. We visited the well-known places in Luxembourg and learned about its history and present day. I would also like to highlight the guide’s recommendations, which were timely and very helpful. After such a tour, it becomes much easier to plan your time in the city, having ideas of where to go.

Carol was great and knew SO much about the history of the city. Much better than wandering around with a guide book. Pro tip: if you forget to have euros ready to tip (suggested 10€-20€ per person) , there is an ATM near the palace.

I'm solo traveling in Luxembourg and this was a great Day 1 activity. Learned a lot about the country, the guide was very friendly and knowledgeable, and he had great recommendations on restaurants (I went to one for lunch for traditional food after - fantastic) and where else to go in the city. Would highly recommend as a good way to get your bearings if you've just arrived (or want some deeper history!)

The groups can get quite big apparently but it's definitely worth doing this guided tour. We got a lot of knowledge of the history and politics and culture or Luxembourg. I'm not going into details, it's up to you to do the tour and learn about this amazing city!
