Begin at a hidden sushi restaurant where an expert itamae prepares fresh sushi before your eyes. Next, enjoy premium Wagyu yakiniku at a local Japanese BBQ restaurant near Shinjuku West or Kabuki-cho. Stroll through the neon streets of Kabuki-cho and finish at a cozy local bar or snack bar with a dessert or drink. Thank you Magical Trip, we had a fantastic tour of Shinjuku with Yohei. He took us to beautiful restaurants, one focused on high-quality sushi and the other on the various cuts of Wagyu. We ended the night with a dessert treat. Yohei was very knowledgeable, kind and shared a lot of history of Shinjuku and the restaurants and had suggestions on what we could order. We had a group size of 10 people including very young children, adults, elderly, Chinese/English speakers and Yohei was very patient and took care to explain things to us. All in all, a fun trip to Shinjuku and thank you Yohei-san.

Hiro was amazing! I laughed the entire time, learned a ton about culture and the history of everything we did. He took me to several off the beaten path sites for pictures and even treated me to ice cream on his own dime. If you are in Tokyo do this tour and ask for Hiro

Took the guided food tour with Lisa, we started with a sushi course then headed for the wagyu beef meal, ended with an ice cream dessert. Lisa was splendid during the 3 hour experience, as she engaged positively with everyone in our group, explaining the courses, providing interesting info and translating for the chef, to the group. I felt invited and welcomed to share personal experiences, as did the rest of the group. For anyone interested in an amazing food tour , your best choice is Lisa 😊
