5.00There were 4 in our group (2 couples). We had a private tour! Mo, our tour guide, was excellent. He was friendly, polite, accommodating & most importantly, knowledgeable. We toured the listed sites in & around Saint John, including the reverse rapids. How interesting! Then he drove us to St. Martin. It just happened to be Old Home Days there so there were several vendors set up along the road of this storybook village. We saw The Caves at low tide & had lunch at the little restaurant, The Caves. Just a fascinating day with a most pleasant guide! The icing on our cake was an offer to drive us to the airport at the end of our visit. All around a great experience. We highly recommend!

5.00Yasir was very friendly, polite and flexible with our itinerary schedule. He made it so we can get to the cave at low tide so we can experience walking on the ocean floor which was my request.

1.00You should nor use this vendor. They should be aware that there are two locations called St. JOHN'S. Tourist who are not familiar or aware of this should be informed ahead of time by the vendor. And the vendor should ask which cruise line they are traveling to make sure of the correct pick up We inadvertently booked John's location. We were denied a refund . DO Nor use Thi vendor.

1.00Viator misled us and the location of the tour. Our ship docked at St. John's in Newfoundland and the tour operator was in St John's in Brunswick- both with a Water's Street address. After the screw up Viator refused to refund partially or all of our fee.
