5.00I was in Singapore and heard about day spas in Batam. After some searching, I found this one and it was excellent. So easy to take a ferry over- they picked me up from the port and took me back after an amazing day of pampering. The massage and body scrub from Wulan was one of the best I’ve ever had. The head spa, facial, pedicure and manicure were fabulous as well. Wonderful experience from beginning to end! I hope to come back some day!

5.00I did the Top-2-Toe package (4.5 hours) with Herlina and it was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The session included body scrub, aromatherapy massage, hair spa, facial, and even a complimentary traditional meal, everything was done with so much care and attention. Herlina was very professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The massage pressure was perfect, the facial left my skin glowing, and I loved how thorough she was with every step. By the end, I felt completely refreshed, pampered, and spoiled, truly a tai tai experience. Highly recommend this spa and especially Herlina if you want a full luxury treatment at such a good value. Will definitely come back!

5.00From the moment we arrived, everything was seamless and well-organized. We were picked up from the ferry terminal and warmly welcomed at the spa. The place is immaculately clean, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I was introduced to my therapist, Aya, who provided outstanding service throughout. She was highly professional and attentive, and her massage was just perfect – with the right amount of pressure that left me feeling both relaxed and refreshed. The staff overall were very courteous and professional. After the session, we were even sent back to the terminal, which made the entire experience completely stress-free. A delicious lunch was also included, rounding off a perfect spa day. Absolutely nothing to complain about – just pure relaxation and excellent service. Highly recommended! 👏✨
