What an awesome experience getting to meet Luigi and to learn the secrets of making amazing pizza! We had so much fun, so many good laughs, and felt like family from start to finish. Really nice facility/setting that was so well organized and clean. We highly recommend you, your family or group take a class so you can learn how to make high end pizza/pasta when you get home from your travels to Italy,

My husband and I were the only ones in our pizza making class. We got to watch them make mozzarella and then eat it (so yummy). We got to make some pizza dough. And then we made our pizzas, cooked them, and enjoyed them. They were delicious. I do wish we could have made the sauce ourselves. Laura and Luigi were great! We did not feel like this class was worth $70/pp though.

I had the absolute best experience at this pizza-making class! Luigi and Laura were incredible instructors—warm, funny, and truly passionate about what they do. They made the entire process so fun and approachable, breaking everything down step-by-step while still sharing authentic techniques and little tips you’d never learn anywhere else. The class moved at the perfect pace, and Luigi and Laura were always right there to help, encourage, and make us laugh. By the end, I felt like I’d learned real Italian secrets—and the pizza I made was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. The ingredients were fresh, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the whole experience felt like spending time with friends who just happen to be amazing chefs. If you’re in the area, this class is a must-do. Luigi and Laura made it unforgettable! Highly recommend. 🍕✨

The pizza making was great but overall we were very rushed. Our class was scheduled for 6:30 with our pickup at 5:50. The group we were put in was 8 people including us. We arrived at Titabiscio at 6:10 and we’d given aprons and watched a mozzarella making demonstration. Our guide poured us a little wine and let us taste the mozzarella and some olive oil which were all delicious. We then proceeded to learn how to make the pizza dough and then our own personal pizzas. We watched as they cooked in the wood fired oven and then we all sat down and ate our pizza. After we finished they brought out tiramisu and the next thing you know we were whisked off back to the hotel, all within an hour and 10 minutes. There was no interaction within the group until I broke the ice and asked where everyone was from. This was a very different group experience for me. Normally the guide tries to get the tourists to get to know each other, at least their names and where they are from. This was skipped over. I planned this activity to have something to do for a few hours but I am disappointed that we were so rushed to get out. There were two buses filled with the next group, I assume, so we figured they needed to get us out quickly so they could start the next session. The pizza was delicious but honestly I could have walked down the street for delicious pizza and not wast my money on a rushed activity.
