  I had such a wonderful experience at Serene Spa in Vietnam. From the moment I walked in, Cindy at reception was incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional. She made the check-in process smooth and set such a positive tone right away. The ambiance is beautiful—calm, clean, and truly relaxing. You can tell they’ve put thought into creating a peaceful environment where you can completely unwind. Everything felt well-maintained and intentional, from the scent in the air to the overall atmosphere. My massage with Kelly was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, skilled, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. The pressure was perfect, and you can tell she takes pride in her work. What really stands out is the value. The prices are amazing for the quality of service you receive. It truly feels like a luxury experience without the luxury price tag. I would highly recommend Serene Spa to anyone visiting Vietnam and looking for a relaxing, high-quality spa experience. I will definitely be coming back!

  So the atmosphere in this spa is excellent. Really professional and very relaxing. Also the spa itself, is very clean, really welcoming. The staff is super friendly, especially Gigi and Sofia 👍👍 really only recommend who is in hanoi for 2-3 days should not miss this to come here.   The spa was amazing. They went above and beyond with their custom service. They offered tea and a snack at the start of ur treatment. They were personable and friendly from the moment u step in the door. The spa is relaxing and beautiful from the smallest details the atmosphere is breathtaking and so unique. Pam was my therapist today. She was so great. She was kind and created a relaxing environment for my treatment. I will be returning
