3.00This is a mostly panoramic excursion with a stop at the main points of interest of the island that allows you to have an overview of it. We had the drawback that our guide did not speak Spanish despite having contracted the Spanish Service which was a handicap.

5.00The guide was highly knowledgeable about all facets of Bonaire, be it social, cultural or historical. We saw places that only a seasoned tour guide would find. Prior to visiting Bonaire, I had wanted to see donkeys and flamingos - and saw both! I learned a great deal about the environment, and, the protected areas. The slave huts rounded out our tour. The price of the tour was well worth it! Our guide’s name was Renny.

5.00We were extremely disappointed that Viator did not communicate that the local departure time was an hour different from ship time. Knowing that every participant was joining from a cruise ship, I feel that this information should have been included during the booking process. The departure time was earlier than the ship docked if we continued on ship time. It caused a lot of stress and confusion for us. Viator did send a text to our phone and we were able to schedule a later departure. When we arrived for our rescheduled tour, the tour guide had been given incorrect information from Viator as to which tour we had booked. In the end, we did receive the appropriate tour. Elgin was our tour guide and he was amazing. Knowledgeable and patient! I would highly recommend this tour guide. Viator needs to work on the booking process.
