Our cooking experience is not just about learning, it's a full immersion, with a delicious meal and amazing wines paired with it. In fact, you will enjoy two dishes of pasta, each paired with a glass of wine, either white or red, of your choice between: Cesanese or Chianti - for reds; Bellone or Chardonnay - for whites.
At the end of the experience, you get to take home your own certificate and our recipe booklet!

5.00Enjoyed this class so much! Learned some excellent tips and tricks for pasta making, and how to make a solo serving size tiramisu. Got to take the fettuccine and gnocchis and our jar of tiramisu we made home, and then had a wonderful meal of fettuccini and gnocchis with our choices of sauces and finished off with tiramisu. What a great experience! Thank you Olga! 😁

5.00We recently took a cooking class and made homemade pasta gnocchi and tiramisu. Chef Mimi was fantastic and incredibly knowledgeable about Italian cuisine. Class was engaging and fun and we loved learning the techniques for perfect pasta. Gracie Mille for an amazing culinary experience!
