Our adventure kicks off with a guided 6km hike through the stunning landscapes of Sipoonkorpi national park. Your guide will lead you along well-marked trails, pointing out native flora and fauna along the way.

After working up a bit of a sweat, we'll stop for a relaxing campfire break. Here, you'll have the chance to unwind, roast some traditional Finnish snacks over the fire, and sip on refreshing berry juice while taking in the serene surroundings.

Next, we'll head to the highlight of the tour - the traditional Finnish smoke sauna. Upon arrival, you'll be struck by the rustic charm of this unique sauna. The soft steam and cozy atmosphere provide the perfect setting for relaxation.

Between the sauna sessions, it's time to cool off and take a refreshing dip in lake Kuusijärvi right next to the sauna, just as the Finns have done for centuries.

We had an amazing experience with Nikolai! He is an amazing tour guide and can tell you anything about Finland, the trees/plants, saunas. We did a hike to the lake and forest, he made a campfire where we had some finish food (even gluten free for me!) and we ended in the saunas. I will highly recommend this tour. We did it with the whole family. Thank you Nikolai for this amazing day!

It was an amazing experience, the guide was very friendly and informative in every detail. It is easy to enjoy the smoke saunas, the freezing swimming in the lake and event the lunch with his outgoing personality. I would take it again if I had the chance!.

We had a lovely day with Nikolai, he was very welcoming and very willing to show us in depth the National Parks and the traditional sauna experience. When we arrived the weather was not ideal but he was prepared for it and gave us rain capes/ponchos for the walking in the park. After the walk we had some Finnish snacks next to the fire, which were very tasty and delicious, I mentioned to them it was my birthday and Nikolai brought a very nice cake for us to share. Last but not least was the traditional Sauna experience, Nikolai walk us through all the different saunas explaining each of them as well as the immersion in cold water. We had a great time and Nikolai was a great guide through all the experience, fully recommend it.

Everybody who comes to Helsinki needs to do this tour, it’s a 10 out of 10. If you really want a traditional finish experience this tour is a must, our tour guide Patricia was professional, fun & knowledgeable she made our day!

Wonderful tour! Nicolai is an attraction in himself. We could have visited the national park and sauna on our own, but this tour gave us much more insight and background into Finland — its food, nature, and the sauna as part of Finnish culture. Highly recommended!

This was my first Finnish smoke sauna experience and hiking in the forest. My guide Nikolai was very kind and very caring. They also entertained the tour members to the end. The lake after the sauna was such a wonderful experience. Thank you, Nicolai.

Nikolai made the trip along with fellow travelers. Nikolai was knowledgeable, fun, kind, and made sure everyone had a great experience. The forest was covered with beautiful moss and the campfire cooking was fun. Lastly the traditional sauna was a great and relaxing experience! Highly recommend booking with Wildframe and Nikolai again!
