Our adventure kicks off with a guided 6km hike through the stunning landscapes of Sipoonkorpi national park. Your guide will lead you along well-marked trails, pointing out native flora and fauna along the way.
After working up a bit of a sweat, we'll stop for a relaxing campfire break. Here, you'll have the chance to unwind, roast some traditional Finnish snacks over the fire, and sip on refreshing berry juice while taking in the serene surroundings.
Next, we'll head to the highlight of the tour - the traditional Finnish smoke sauna. Upon arrival, you'll be struck by the rustic charm of this unique sauna. The soft steam and cozy atmosphere provide the perfect setting for relaxation.
Between the sauna sessions, it's time to cool off and take a refreshing dip in lake Kuusijärvi right next to the sauna, just as the Finns have done for centuries.

Wonderful tour! Nicolai is an attraction in himself. We could have visited the national park and sauna on our own, but this tour gave us much more insight and background into Finland — its food, nature, and the sauna as part of Finnish culture. Highly recommended!

This was my first Finnish smoke sauna experience and hiking in the forest. My guide Nikolai was very kind and very caring. They also entertained the tour members to the end. The lake after the sauna was such a wonderful experience. Thank you, Nicolai.

Nikolai made the trip along with fellow travelers. Nikolai was knowledgeable, fun, kind, and made sure everyone had a great experience. The forest was covered with beautiful moss and the campfire cooking was fun. Lastly the traditional sauna was a great and relaxing experience! Highly recommend booking with Wildframe and Nikolai again!

Our national park day trip was fantastic! Nikolai was an excellent guide. He was caring, friendly, and made sure we felt welcome. He even took the time to engage with my dad who doesn't speak English, which we really appreciated. The sauna experience was wonderful and authentic. The walk through the park was beautiful with stunning scenery throughout. Highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for a great outdoor experience. Thank you, Nikolai!

Patricia took us out on such an awesome day trip to the national park and then to sauna and plunge into the lake. I have to say, it was one of the most enjoyable days I've had in a while on a tour. The sauna experience was 100% authentic, sitting in a smoke sauna with a bunch of Finnish families all enjoying the same experience. I'm thankful for the experience.

This was an incredible tour! As soon as we booked before we even made it to Helsinki, the company was extremely responsive to any questions that I had. We also came in via cruise ship and they were very attentive to time and location to meet and drop off. Nikolai was our guide for the day, and was absolutely amazing! During the hike he shared so much information with us and was able to answer any questions that we had. The campfire lunch he made was delicious. Then it was sauna time. Never having truly experienced a sauna before, he made sure we knew exactly what to expect, do, and the etiquette necessary. Back and forth between the sauna and lake was my favorite part. And after three days non stop walking plus the hike, I felt completely relaxed and renewed. I wish we were in town longer to take more of their adventures! I would highly recommend and would do it again if I ever found myself back in Helsinki. The hike was absolutely comfortable for most any level of fitness. Good walking shoes are definitely recommended because most of the hike is a gravel path, but you also walk on a well marked and cleared trail, but there are lots of uneven spots with roots. Only a couple of small inclines. This trip was worth every penny!
