  Our flight was an hour late string and Customs took another 45 minutes. Our driver was patiently waiting for us when we finally reached the greeting hall. Daniel was a great driver and very professional.

  Very convenient airport pickup. Driver got us to our destination through very difficult traffic. He was pleasant and courteous the entire time.

  The transfer is about a hour from luggage exit to drop off at port. Traffic can be heavy especially near port Driver had a little English but it was sufficient for getting to transfer but not extended conversation Good driver. Very helpful and courteous. Pleasant ride. Loaded luggage and made sure we were comfortable

  We couldn't be any more pleased! Highly recommended. The driver was patiently waiting for us, holding a big sign with my name. Excellent manners, well groomed, and the vehicle was spotless. We felt very safe with him. We had ordered a large vehicle, which comfortably held our 2 pieces of big luggage and 2 carry-ons. Note: Going through customs was excruciatingly slow. Hold on to your boarding passes because customs wanted to see them. Fortunately, our plane arrived early. I was quoted a waiting period of 90 minutes without having to paying extra, we feel that's a gracious wait time. Only due to the fact that our flight arrived early did we make it in the nick of time and didn't have to pay extra.

  Our driver was waiting for us as soon as we cleared customs at Buenos Aires airport. His car was very comfortable and he had a bottle of water waiting for each of us. He was a very careful driver and got us to the cruise terminal quickly. His English was very good and we enjoyed talking to him.
