All very well. They contacted me a few days before the trip and once I landed, I was contacted by the person who would receive us; who was in the arrival hall with a sign in my name. Excellent service.

I was met by the Transfer company's concierge with my name on a sign in the arrival hall, then escorted to my taxi. Only negative was taxi driver didn't speak English.

My driver, Filipe was exceptionally accommodating and well-informed. Although he did not speak English, he successfully communicated using a translation app. He possesses a very impressive personality and demonstrates professionalism. My overall experience was exceptional, and I would certainly arrange for a pick-up service from this company! Highly recommend - You will be in good hands!

The whole thing was coordinated beautifully. It was a team of 3. The driver was stuck in a bit of traffic (typical for São Paulo), so we waited a while, but the other 2 (a guy and a girl) were waiting for us with a sign exactly where we expected, escorted us to where we needed to go to meet the driver and kept us informed every step of the way while we waited.

No show. No responses to calls or text. We weren't sure what to expect at airport and thought this would be an easy and safe solution. Just do an uber. Will be disputing charges.

The car was comfy and clean, but the driver - a very nice guy - spoke no English, and driving nearly 2 hours to the hotel (the traffic in São Paulo is horrible!) in total silence was kind of boring. Considering that Viator advertises this as a transfer with an English speaking driver, which it wasn’t, and that it did cost twice of what the most expensive Uber service would charge, I can’t really recommend it, even though the service was good.

I was told that the driver would be in the lobby waiting for me with a sign with my name on it. He was not.he was out in awaiting area and it took me quite a while to find him many messages on WhatsApp. I had even confirmed my flight and arrival time, and I was assured that the driver would be in the lobby waiting for me. After much chaos and confusion and far more time that it should’ve taken for me to find the driver after flying for 20 hours, I did connect. The ride itself was uneventful and the driver was very helpful and polite. I would, however, for the cost of this ride, not recommend it for the future. Uber is an inexpensive and easy option for São Paulo. In the future, that’s the way I will be getting transferred to and from the airport.
