1.00Do not use this service. No one contacted me, I had to call Utopia Shuttle asking where was the driver? No one answered, left a message. After several minutes waiting at the airport a person called telling me that my service was canceled because I was solo and they only pick up groups of 4 or more. The person who called me apologized but informed me to cancel, I refused to cancel myself because I was sent confirmation of my pickup. My opinion got YOUR service canceled ME so you don't the refund and canceling.
