Disappointing Experience with Rictour: Price Manipulation and Lack of Integrity

1.00My experience with Rictour was extremely frustrating and unpleasant. I initially contacted the company to get a quote for the services they offered. When comparing prices with another company, Rictour was faced with a dilemma – they had a significantly lower budget than the competition. Instead of dealing with this professionally, Rictour took a surprisingly questionable approach. First, they questioned the name of the other company, which, frankly, is unacceptable. The quality of the services offered should be the focus, not trying to undermine the competition. Additionally, in an attempt to win business, Rictour promised to match the other company's budget, which caused us to cancel our contract with the competitor. However, when we tried to get back to Rictour to finalize the deal, we were shocked by their lack of integrity. They informed us that the minimum amount they could do was 1350, a much higher amount than they had previously promised. This sudden and dishonest change in pricing approach shows a lack of business ethics and a complete lack of commitment to customer satisfaction. This experience with Rictour left an extremely negative impression of the company. The lack of professionalism, price manipulation and lack of integrity demonstrated throughout the negotiation process are unacceptable. I would not recommend Rictour to anyone as they are clearly not trustworthy and do not care about customer satisfaction.
