4.00Our flight arrived early, the transfer had not arrived but staff at the airport were very helpful and reassuring. We had a cup of coffee and waited past our pick-up time. Our driver duly arrived, very apologetic. We drove to our hotel without incident and chatted in Spanish to our driver. He was very friendly. Overall, a good experience. We would choose Syctravel again.

5.00The operator was waiting for us at the airport with a ballot that said welcome to Chiapas, the clean unit with air conditioning, sanitized, friendly driver. I'd hire them back. Book from their website, give them a formal and professional follow-up.
