Hotel pick up start at 7:30am. The day before the tour your tour guide will provide the exact pick up time for your hotel. After pick up your luggages and you we’ll head to our destination that is Valparaiso.

Walking tour. Guide Eduardo is professional and knowledgeable. On top of that, he's acquainted with the local artists and shop keepers. That adds extra flavor to the experience.

Everything was easy and on time. Only 4 people in the group! Comfortable car. Tour guide Alex was very knowledgeable and translator Paulina spoke excellent English. We were very pleased with the trip.

Great tour.They picked us up in our hotel in Santiago then headed to Valparaiso and Viña del Mar and dropped us at the port to catch our Viking cruise. Fernando was excellent! Very knowledgeable, courteous and funny Highly recommend

Perfect service. Picked up at of hotel in a clean and comfortable van. Driver and our guide Antonio were friendly and knowledgeable. After a nice stop at the winery we went on to Valparaiso. We had a very nice walking tour highlighting all of the street art. We ate lunch on our own at a recommend spot and it was delicious and fairly priced. We were dropped off right in front of baggage drop for the cruise line. Definitely recommend!

The best way to kill two birds with one stone, transfer to the ship from Santiago and see Valparaiso. Valparaiso is a must see city, even if it means cutting on your time in Santiago. The transfer tour was a little bit on the expensive site (or cheaper options were available), but if one can afford flight to Santiago and, especially, a cruise, the cost of the transfer should not be a problem. We had an excellent guide originally from Valparaiso and a good driver. I would recommend the transfer tour to anyone without hesitation.

We caught the lake as a perfect mirror—the wind was still. While others went in the restaurant, we took pictures. Within 30 minutes the wind picked up and the mirror was gone. It’s a must do tour that goes just short of the border crossing with Argentina. The restaurant was good and had a good view. One issue, we were the last pickup on the way out, so they made us the last drop off “to be fair”. The result was two hours of traffic to go through town twice—passing near our hotel first. If they had been unfair, I’m not sure the first drop off would have been that much later.

Esme and Alex were our guide and driver for our private tour of Casablanca and Valparaiso. We learned so much about the history of Chile and Valparaiso as Esme was very knowledgeable. She also had interesting information and background stories, as we walked the hills of Valparaiso. We had also stopped at Emiliana winery for a wine tasting and feeding the alpacas! Esme suggested an extra visit to Vina Del Mar and genuinely wanted us to see more without feeling rushed. Both Esme and Alex were so accommodating throughout the tour and Esme made some good suggestions for a Chilean lunch, too. We highly recommend touring with Esme and Alex!

This tour was supposed to be a small tour but we were picked up by a large coach and had 26 guests. That said, the coach was excellent and driver very good. The winery stop was also very good but the walking tour in the town was impossible with so many guests and one guide so minimal commentary. Overall a good way to get to the ship but improvements could be made.

It was a great way to see some of Chile from Santiago to cruise ship The winery was fine and we enjoyed Valparaiso even though the time there was very limited. The guide however was terrible He didn’t say a word or introduce himself until we reached the winery. There wasn’t a working microphone on the bus. He was a little informative in Valparaiso. But should have said we will have this much time at this place and meet at x time.
