Best decision to take this tour as the transport to San Antonio to board our cruise. We enjoyed the wine tasting in a beautiful winery and then a lovely walk at Val Paresol. Fran was an excellent guide. she shared much about the political history of Chile. Overall we enjoyed ourselves very much.

Everything was on time. Luggage always remained under control. Good vehicle. Slightly tight by the number of passengers. Safe driver. Nice guide. Relaxed wine tasting on a really nice bodega. Valparaiso is only moderately interesting and difficult for the disabled.

The guides were really nice BUT the bus was not big enough for the large amount of luggage. They had to stack it above the level of the last seat and it was not secured for the first half of the transfer. The seating was cramped and being the last pick up I was unable to sit with my husband. The winery was great. The visit to Valparaiso was problematic- walking was mostly downhill but there were lots and lots of stairs which were steep and had narrow step treads. I was really concerned about the falls risk. In retrospect, I would have done both of the visits as stand alone tours with more time. A private guide in Valparaiso would be a great idea- lots to see and eating and drinking opportunities galore. I think a direct transfer to the ship without the tour visits would have been preferable.

Walking tour. Guide Eduardo is professional and knowledgeable. On top of that, he's acquainted with the local artists and shop keepers. That adds extra flavor to the experience.

Everything was easy and on time. Only 4 people in the group! Comfortable car. Tour guide Alex was very knowledgeable and translator Paulina spoke excellent English. We were very pleased with the trip.

Perfect service. Picked up at of hotel in a clean and comfortable van. Driver and our guide Antonio were friendly and knowledgeable. After a nice stop at the winery we went on to Valparaiso. We had a very nice walking tour highlighting all of the street art. We ate lunch on our own at a recommend spot and it was delicious and fairly priced. We were dropped off right in front of baggage drop for the cruise line. Definitely recommend!

The best way to kill two birds with one stone, transfer to the ship from Santiago and see Valparaiso. Valparaiso is a must see city, even if it means cutting on your time in Santiago. The transfer tour was a little bit on the expensive site (or cheaper options were available), but if one can afford flight to Santiago and, especially, a cruise, the cost of the transfer should not be a problem. We had an excellent guide originally from Valparaiso and a good driver. I would recommend the transfer tour to anyone without hesitation.

Time managed poorly at the end. Later pick up then originally scheduled. New driver problem with pick up location. Got to the port way later than planned for. Pablo was good.
