We recommend you to be vigilant when leaving customs. Personalized assistance: Our team is available to help you with your luggage and accompany you safely and comfortably to your hotel or booked destination. 4.00The communication regarding the pickup location was not good at all. No driver was waiting for us when we picked up our bags, so I had to ask a stranger to call the tour operator for him to finally show up and still not communicate. The return trip was completely opposite whereas the driver was on time, communicated clearly, and the ride was smooth.

4.00The attention of the Buttons, Jose, Felix, Jorge when arriving at the excellent hotel, reception Mr. Jose Angel very attentive and soon to help, my neat room with everything needed in the bathroom, thanks to Mrs. Marisol, when going down to the pool near the bar Bamboo I was treated with good drinks and prompt attention of the gentlemen, Joel, Elias, Rafael, Michael, requested towels in the kiosk, smelled clean and the young man inside very friendly, I went to try the snacks, to the rest. Star Fish was very friendly and helpful, in the afternoon I moved on to the rest. Pacifica there we were attended at table by Mrs. Elsi pending our drinks or if we wanted anything else, the menu was varied and all in good taste, Mr. Gino attentive that we were comfortable, then we moved to the bar of the Lobby, we were greeted by Mr. Kiña who provided us with a varied choice of drinks, I thank equally to the Messrs. Maximo and Guillermo who prepared our drinks, being in the lobby, used the bathroom, clean in general with a good aroma so I approached Mrs. Imelda Valdez to know what type of deodorant they use for this effect, helped me to find out what was ordered, on both days there were activities of the entertainment group which made the stay very enjoyable, good music and fun games for children and adults, the security in the pool and beach area was remarkable, thanks to Mr. Lisandro for his work, once again I can recommend the stay in this hotel for all the above, thanking all the collaborators of the hotel for their kind attention and care in their different work that result in the well-being of all guests Greetings attentive Tomas Caballero. Gentleman.
