The driver will be identified to the guests immediately when a booking has been made via email and /or preferred message service. Time and date will be confirmed for pick up and /or drop off. Amount of people will be confirmed, as well as names. Contact details will be exchanged when booking has been made. Guests will be met by the driver at the pick up point. Guests will need to identify themselves and confirm where they need to be taken. Where possible, the same driver will transport the guests to where they need to be dropped off/return transfer. The departure/ drop off time need to be provided as well, well in advance. 1. Exchange/provide names, amount of people, contact details. 2.Provide date, time of pick up and drop off 3.Provide collection point/ drop off location(s) 4.Duration of trip/transfer will be discussed once guests have been collected. 5.Driver will be at collection point 30 minutes before departure time.
