What To Expect
1- The trip is by sedan or minibus vehicle, depending on the number of travelers. 2- The following data is needed: Name Flight number Arrival or departure time Amount of people Phone number 3- The vehicle will be ready 15 minutes earlier at the place where I request it or much sooner if the client requests it. 4- A sign will be carried with the name provided or, failing that, a phrase or image chosen by the client. only for airport pickups. 5- For hotel pick-ups, the driver will ask at reception for the name you provide us. 6- We leave you at your destination.

1.00This was supposed to be a private car from the airport to the hotel. There was no guy to meet me at arrivals. I contacted them on WhatsApp and they told me to go to Point B, which I did. After much discussion, eventually a guy turned up with my name on a card, but rather than being my driver, he put me in a standard taxi to the hotel! The taxi was is terrible condition, the warning lights on the dashboard looked like a Christmas tree. Worse still, one reason for getting a private car is so I can sit in the front. In the taxi I had to sit in the back and could see nothing. I could just have easily got a standard taxi and it would probably have been cheaper. I would certainly not recommend using this company, complete waste of time and money.

4.00Good experience, the man was waiting right outside the airport exit from customs with a sign with my name on it. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was because there was no communication beforehand via Whatsapp or anything, so I was a little worried that there was no confirmation. Otherwise great.

1.00The airport seemed really nice but when we changed planes, they re-screened us and took our water that we had just purchased at the gates! They distrust their own security. They should have signs at the gate vendors recommending that you do not buy large liquids because they might be confiscated 10 feet away! It made no sense and seemed like a scam to get our money and then take our purchases.
